The Ivy Kensington

Opening on the 15th December The Ivy Kensington Brasserie will offer accessible, sophisticated all day dining for local residents, businesses, shoppers and visitors.

The Ivy Kensington will follow in the path of its sister sites, The Ivy Market Grill, and the Ivy Chelsea Garden with modern British menus, including breakfast, elevenses, lunch, tea, weekend brunch and dinner!

Highlights from the menu include avocado and spinach Benedict, grilled whole Lobster with parsley and garlic butter with a side of thick cut chips or the incredible melting chocolate bombe with milk foam, vanilla ice cream and a honeycomb centre- certainly not something to miss!

Alongside the delicious food is a specially curated cocktail list with 12 bespoke cocktails – with the likes of ‘The Ivy Kensington Royale’ served in a coupe this signature cocktail combines rasberries macerated with hibiscus, Sipsmith sloe gin, orange bitters and lime topped with champagne and the ‘Puddle Duck Punch’ served long, this thirst quenching punch combines a mix of Bacardi and Havana Club rum with milk, apple and cinnamon!

The beautiful room will include a striking emerald bar and a 10 cover table, positioned on a raised area creating a great vantage point over the restaurant. Vintage style green bar stools and leather banquettes will be placed alongside brass light fittings, mirrors and marble flooring.

Perfectly placed on one of London’s top shopping roads, as well as being a stone throw away from famous London landmarks such as The Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Palace, not to mention the eagerly anticipated Design Museum, which is opening in 2016 in the former Commonwealth Institute builiding on Kensington High Street.
