Remembrance Sunday 




On the 11th November spend the 11th hour taking part in a two minute silence to remember the men and women who gave their lives in the two world wars. There will be a special Silence in the Square in Trafalgar Square led by The Royal British Legion and why not show your support by purchasing a poppy.


The Toshiba Gallery of Japanese Art




Originally opened in 1986, the Toshiba Gallery of Japanese Art has just reopened after a full redisplay. The gallery showcases highlights from the V&A’s internationally important collection of Japanese art and design which the museum has collected since 1852. With over 500 new pieces from a Hello Kitty rice cooker to an ensemble from Issey Miyake’s 2015 collection.  This is an exciting and fun exhibition to explore!


Pho and Bun




Head to Shaftesbury Avenue for this exciting new opening, the second restaurant from Any Le. The restaurant will be serving up pho noodle soup and steamed milk buns, a first to London by bringing the east and west together. The perfect spot to pop into at lunch!


Little Feast




Head to Shepherds Bush for Little Feast, the winter forest complete with wooden fir trees, a snow capped Scandinavian inspired forest and bark floors. There will be Scandinavian food like cheeses and meats and of course lots of mulled wine.  There will also be street food from the likes of Sticky Beaks for slow roasted pork or Tomattos for wood fired pizzas! This will certainly get you in the Christmas spirit!


German Gymnasium




On the 12th November this fab new restaurant will be opening from the D&D group, where German born Chef Bjoern Wassmuth has created the menus.  With a restaurant, as well as large al fresco terrace and patisserie counter this is a perfect relaxed eating spot. The food is classics such as seared scallops and mettwurst or head for potato rosti! We can’t wait!!
